Olivia has joined BWA in 2023 and we are glad to have her onboard! Olivia and her husband, John, live in Virginia and have 4 children with the oldest anticipated to graduate VCU in 2025!

She has earned a Diploma in Legal and Administrative Systems from Fox College of Illinois in 2002, followed by a Small Business Development Certification from Phoenix College of Arizona in 2005. She grew up near the Chicago Board of Trade and was inspired to find rewarding work in the Financial Services industry.

While she helped her husband, John, run a successful automotive tool franchise for several years, she simultaneously gained a combined 14 years of experience in the Financial Sector as a Senior Client Service Associate, where she received accolades and awards for Service Excellence. She loves people and it transpires in her work by continuing her high level of service, for our clients and planners alike!

Olivia works closely with our dedicated Charles Schwab team and assists our planners and our clients with requests, documents, processes, and research inquiries. She also assists in scheduling client meetings and coordinating the office calendar. Olivia is thrilled to be at BWA and looks forward in assisting you with your administrative and operational account-related needs!
